The United States pledge of Allegiance shows how the government is forcing you to believe in something that isn't valuable. They are slowly brainwashing the people to have the same mind set. It talks about our nation as if it were a utopia, when in reality, our nation is nothing like it is described in out pledge. We all subconsciously ode to this pledge. It's strange how we so it without even thinking much of it. Even with gestures, such as placing your left hand over your heart. Of we pay attention, we could notice the slow brainwashing that is taking place.
I pledge allegiance to Oceania.
To abide by Big Brother and his party.
We stand for 2 minute hates and accept no rebels
We pledge to be watched for our societies own good.
We pledge to our war to get freedom in return.
Oceanias pledge of allegiance contains doublethink phrases to abide by Oceanias strange rules. In it I included Big Brother because I'm reality they are more about big brother than Oceania itself.
